Drive up service takes too long even when no one is inside at the teller.
No good not helpful broke atm closed Saturday probably worse bank ever employees are nice though
Evans bank never put holds on deposits under 1k. Especially if you had the funds to back the deposit in your savings. Deposited 300 dollars today and it has a 1 day hold. Kinda annoying. I miss Evans bank. Not a fan of how transactions post under NBT's system either. Was a customer of Evan's for 20 years definitely considering switching banks. Don't like the whole large corporate ran organizations.

I have been a customer to this bank for years. First when it was Evans Bank and now NBT Bank. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU LANES!!! There was 1 other vehicle in the other lane and me. I pulled in at 9:17 and never pulled out until 9:31. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I only saw 1 person at the counter inside the bank. I never leave reviews…,but this is uncalled for. And it’s not the first time. It’s literally “EVERY SINGLE TIME” I do any banking through the drive-thru. Please fix this ... read more
