ATM was not working
Just can't seem to get anyone to talk about a problem!! And they don't call back!
Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes before anybody even came to the window. Terrible customer service!
They don't even deserve 1 star. You call about an issue and NEVER get a response. Thanks to them my insurance got cancelled. If I could sue them I would. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy 😤
Went to open daughters bank account, manager was awesome in helping but when she got her card after a long wait she couldn't activate it and you couldn't reach the actual bank, had to call a cs # which gave no help in getting it activated. Had to go back to the bank. Not happy with customer service.
