Horrible experience, I closed my account 3 months ago and still get daily texts about my balance. I’ve called twice and both times I was promised it will stop, I was on the phone each time for 30 to 40 minutes. My friend was going to take over 200,000.00 and open a bank account, he’s happy he didn’t. I’m sorry I ever did. Horrible. I applied for an overdraw protection, the dirty shirt manager with the big Belly filled out the wrong application and 5 months later finally admitted to it.
