Booked at hotel in July for October with a confirmation number. Hotel was sold & closed. I was not properly notified. Casino/hotel did not personally apoligize. I showed up for my reservation and saw the closed sign for the hotel. No one answered the phone after I arrived. Hope i don't get charged for "not showing to my scheduled reservation" on my card.
I’m at a loss for words to be honest, the security in this place was absolutely the rudest I’ve ever seen, for no reason at all! They must hate their jobs, and I will never spend another dollar in the rip off slot machines, I’ve never played anywhere that just took my money like this place did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this horrible place! I’m serious
