While they did take good care of mom , don't rely on their advocates for anything , they let my mother's Medicare lapse and ran charges up to $111,000 , when she passed away , my brother and I inherited half the house my mother and step father raised us in. They promptly took the entire estate. She had several strokes and wasn't able to take care of herself or her finances , I wonder how many others have been taken to the cleaners ?
Staff is fantastic. You could not ask for better people. Shout out to Tina, Doc, Asia, Nicole, Debbie and Angel. However...they discharged my grandma weeks too soon, and i have had to rehabilitate her myself, and get her walking again. 72hrs after discharge and she can walk again. Also, she had laundry stolen by someone. I bought her a new cardigan, that she loved, and someone stole it. Thats inexcusable. I cant fathom why someone would steal from the elderly. It truely disturbs me.
