Rude customer service doesn’t even let you speak talks over you and this is the owner. Rude disrespectful. Thinking she’s above everyone that comes in. Good luck when you come here cause this place is horrible have no decency at all. They don’t even deserve one star. Money hungry
First, this is a private business. It is not a government agency. Washington County uses this business exclusively to monitor cases. Evaluation Services has no competition, so they can do whatever they want to anyone without any consequences. The stories of people who are REQUIRED to work with this business are real. Margaret Gorciak, the previous owner of this business, illegally charged for services, illegally disposed of records and sent false records to the washington county courts. She needs to be held accountable.
I gotta say that the staff that runs this facility has been very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the process. The gal that runs the facility is very sweet and understanding and showcases that she truly does want to help people that end up in the program. Obviously you don't end up in the program by doing all of the right things so as soon as you understand that every step isn't going to be rainbows and unicorns, you'll realize that these folks here at evaluation services are doing a good job and they are not trying... read more
