I reached out to them for land financing. Richard George handled everything quickly and efficiently! If I had a question he gave me an answer in less than 2 hours. I never had to wonder what was going on throughout the process. He provided step by step directions on what he needed so it was easy for me to gather all of the documents. I have done financing over the years but this is the best experience I have had with a loan process. I highly recommend him for any financing needs.
