It is bad that I can only leave 5 stars. Because Chivonne deserves so much more! As a loan officer, I'm sure she has countless duties, to which I may add, which makes them seem seamless and effortless. Enter me. I have had to contact her several times over the past few months regarding my loan. Now, none of this was her mess. It was all mine. Chivonne Smith was my loan officer. It was a small mortgage. How ever the was she treated me and worked toward getting it done was as if I was borrowing millions.
