It is bad that I can only leave 5 stars. Because Chivonne deserves so much more! As a loan officer, I'm sure she has countless duties, to which I may add, which makes them seem seamless and effortless. Enter me. I have had to contact her several times over the past few months regarding my loan. Now, none of this was her mess. It was all mine.
