Kerry neighbors (the loan officer) needs to be fired.. This guy is weird he's messaged me on Facebook asking for a vin number on my car saying he needs to put it in for his loan calculator... I don't understand why he would even be interested doesn't he get enough business at the bank.. I asked him twice if he would do cash or check then he ghosted.. very sketchy and unprofessional... this guy is a joke

Misty Hernandez with EVA Bank was truly sent by God! I did a google search for the type of loan i needed and EVA Bank popped up and boy am I glad it did. I have been trying for a long time to get a land loan and she knew all the things and what to do timely and helpfully and she got us moving right along. Terrible experience with eva bank since being with them. 1st of all they don't remember me when I go deposit a check every week. They ask for my ssn or address each time. They're closed on Saturday. And now to top it off I need assistance and they're closed for 4 days straight at Thanksgiving time. I understand being closed Thanksgiving day but some people may need banking assistance on Friday. At least have someone answering the phone and helping customers out. I will be changing banks ASAP.
