Terrible experience with eva bank since being with them. 1st of all they don't remember me when I go deposit a check every week. They ask for my ssn or address each time. They're closed on Saturday. And now to top it off I need assistance and they're closed for 4 days straight at Thanksgiving time. I understand being closed Thanksgiving day but some people may need banking assistance on Friday. At least have someone answering the phone and helping customers out. I will be changing banks ASAP.

Over all great experience. Kerry Neighbors was awesome with answering all questions and taking care of everything.
I've been with Evabank for over 20 years. I do not have any complaints. They have always been great to deal with. I appreciate all the help they have given me over the years. I have had several loans with them and I think I was given very fair deals and they are very clear answering all of my questions.
