Tried ordering online and a notice was posted on the website asking customers to call if they experienced difficulties. Matt called me shortly after (I hadn’t even left a message!) and facilitated my order by phone. Very nice, very helpful. I asked him to delay shipping for a few days until I returned from a trip, which he did. Shipment arrived exactly as we planned and was beautifully packaged.
