Best furniture buying experience ever. My wife has had back surgery and asked Chris to show us the best sofa for her. He immediately brought us to the Himolla sofa. We looked at Stressless furniture prior to going to European Leather Gallery. No comparison. The Himolla is stylish and much more comfortable and about the same price. Looked at counter stools also. They are quality made also. Weighing in about 50 pounds each. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I called a week ago to find the store and talked to a wonderful young man named Chris. I went to the easy to find location. There were so many items to chose from! I got to try them all. I found the perfect chair. It is the Mayfair signature style 360 rocker recliner. I LOVE it!!!!!!!!! I purchased it that day. I have never had such a wonderful experience. The chair is super comfortable. Thank you to Dennis the store owner. I will be returning to purchase a sofa for my husband.

This is the best Stressless Furniture store ever. The manager Chris McNair waited on me. The showroom is fully stocked you can try every piece of furniture and Chris answered all my questions. I purchased a chair and ottoman, table and lamp. I will be returning when they receive the new dining room furniture that Stressless is coming out with in the fall of 2018. Can’t wait for that, I would very much recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture. Alice W.

I purchased two chairs from this store. I paid \$3,000 each for a total of \$6,000 plus tax. My wife and I were unable to adjust to the chairs and suffered back and hip pain. I returned the chairs after 2 weeks. I was charged \$1200 restocking fee. There was nothing in the contract about a restocking fee. I feel this was exhorbitant. \$600 would be high but more reasonable. I feel I was taken advantage of since the two chairs were floor models. I took the floor models because the owner said they were under same warranty. Bew... read more
