I had a wonderful experience at this furniture store. The lady who helped me was incredibly sweet, friendly, and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service.
My mother bought Bellona couch from them. For higher price that the original band store selling it. They sold her broken couch and refused to take responsibility and refund the defective couch. Now we are going to escalate it to Consumer Protection, BBB and take them to court for fraudulent selling tactics and consumer rights violation! Avoid them if you run into issue they will neglect you and keep your money!
