Frames are incredible. When I had my corrective lenses in the frame, it wasn’t right. I went back and was told the error was with the correction, to see the optometrist. I did do that. The correction was incorrect in the lens, the progressive portion had been cut off. Due to the way it was handled at European Eyewear I opted not to return. My concern was handled in an unsatisfactory fashion. I am sorry as the frames are very cool.

Joe has the best ideas about design, the best taste in eyewear, the best array of glasses anywhere in Pennsylvania. He's also a top-notch optician. Joe and his staff are always willing to repair and adjust--kindly, without the tiniest whiff of a snit or smallest suggestion that you're wasting their moments. Wonderfully generous. I don't know what we'd do without European Eyewear; let's hope Lancaster never has to find out. Grateful, enthusiastic, and also...grateful.
