This was 4th trip that Jan has arranged for us. As usual, information, finding itinerary we wanted, setting everything up, getting all docs timely, etc, etc, went flawlessly. Everything (as usual) was great and we had an amzing time!!

Jan is a great resource for barge and river cruises. I have booked both river cruises and barges here. She is very knowledgeable about the different boats and rivers. Also very fair commission policy.

Jan was absolutely wonderful setting up and walking us through the trip! The boat, accommodations, crew, food, etc, that she recommended were well above expectations, we had a ball!

I found a German River Cruise Line - A ROSA- that I wanted to book but the time difference and language barrier made that difficult. I spoke with Jan on the phone and she was able to answer my questions and book the cruise. We are in California and she is in Texas but she was always available to answer my questions. We had a once in a lifetime cruise and we could not have done it without all Jan's help. 5 stars!

We used European Barging for a trip to the Galapagos Islands on The Grace. What a fabulous trip that won't be forgotten. Jan worked with us and our very tight schedule. She worked everything out perfectly. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you.
