Replacing a pool liner and needing a matching tile, I was faced with a difficult decision and needed to see the tile samples and liner swatches side by side and try to imagine them in the pool! The drive to Europe imports was well worth it. I was greeted by Holly who called on Analisa and they collaborated to provide me with a few options. Wasted 1.5 hours in store to not be served. Took money elsewhere. Update: your response is exactly what I am talking about. You have no idea or any respect for your customers time and then call them liars. How about you check your records on 17 August 2024 and come back with a better apology.
