Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Was given a hire car, managed to get it home, then the next day it suddenly wouldn’t start. I called up Richmond from several times and left a voicemail, they never answered. I called the customer service line, they just told me to call Richmond and wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told 'the manager doesn't want to speak to you.' I then called the Roadside assist to come and fix it, they said it would cost me $100 for them to come and fix it, even though... read more
