Was charged $130 for refuelling the car when I had already refuelled it at the service centre close to the airport. Sent them the details to confirm but they still ignored it. Very dishonest and just a ripoff. Wish I could give zero stars
I ordered a Ford Puma to drive for a period of two days. The car was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I was "upgraded" to a MG ZS. The MG ZS has its place in the market and it serves a previously unmet need. It is an affordable, spacious and pleasant looking car suitable for those wanting just a routine driving experience. For these reasons it sells well. In no way is a MG ZS an upgrade. An upgrade would be a more responsive car with better styling and of equivalent size to the Ford Puma. Beware booked and paid for a car online on arrival handed over licence and need to Swipe a credit card I only had a card on my phone, no physical card so 🤔 no car! On the way to the city on the train, no help, no alternative offered by europcar, I will never use again, delayed the rest of my day!
