We had a great experience at Europcar Avalon. Simon was amazing he managed to make out trip a lot smoother after we encounter numerous troubles and delays with Jet Star he practically saved our trip. Thank you Simon for going above and beyond for us!

Terrible service. There is no car, even though I made reservation. And they don't care at all, and did not refund car insurance I paid in advance. You would better avoid this company, unless you want to ruin the whole vacation schedule

There was no one at the kiosk when I went to return the car, so I had to drop it in a tiny drop off hole. I returned it 2 hours early but moments later I realized that I had left something in the car. I wait to see if there was gonna be an employee but after 2 ish hour I had to take the flight. when I call later (6 times) nothing was resolved. I just wanted for them to hold on to the item so I can come and collect it. In the row of car rental kiosks only europcar had no employees every other company had 2 employees each.
