The staff are always super friendly and helpful.
Booked months in advance but were not able to provide the car that I booked due to the area not really accommodating that type of car (premium hatch - VW Golf for “outback Australia”). However, they called me up days in advance to let me know and gave me a free upgrade to a more appropriate vehicle for the region (SUV) which was recommended by them due to their local knowledge which was spot on which I found out by the end of the trip. Friendly service.
Love their service....and their cars are well maintained
