Excellent selection, service and community support.
Might be the best place to get your Milka brand chocolate fix in PDX Metro as the selection is quite large. Overall Europa is an excellent place for eastern European ethnic foods. They recently increased their Italian sweets variety but I have not tried any of those products yet. Do not expect World Market variety (country) level representation but nonetheless if you are nostalgic about foods from your eastern motherland, if that is where your familial origins are from, then you will be satisfied by shopping here.
