attention quand vous louer une voiture en Europe et que vous êtes canadien ou autres il charge des frais supplémentaire 2 semaine apres votre retour au canada et en plus ils font des signature a votre place sur le formulaire de retour a leur site de retour Jai louer une voiture a Paris et remit a Marseille et j ai reçu une facture de 600$ canadien 2 semaine apres mon retour ! et j'attends depuis juillet pour un remboursement partiel on est en novembre ! je ne recomende vraiment pas cette compagnie regarder pour une autre com... read more
Fantastic experience renting a car in France for 5 months this spring/summer/fall (2025). MUCH LESS than the regular renta car companies. Brand new car, it had maybe 3 km on it and the new car smell. Totally flawless pick up and drop off. The pick up took about 10 minutes. The drop off less than 5 minutes. They are right in the Paris-DeGaulle airport and their shuttle picks you up as soon as you call, and drops you off as soon as you sign the paper ( only 1 page!). Erwan Even takes care of everything. The worst. So many hidden extra fees and weird policies that are not mentioned ANYWHERE. They sent us the wrong information. Super weird sketchy company.
Citroën 2025 Aircross C5 hybride 🤩 la meilleure auto que j’ai eue à date et la couleur magnifique, je l’aurais bien rapportée dans ma valise 🤪 J’aime beaucoup la Aircross C3 aussi. Le service Eurocar TT est excellent depuis 2010, j’ai toujours réservé chez eux pour mes voyages en France. L’essayer c’est l’adopter. ☺️
This company didn't follow their promises, we asked the company if we had to pay extra fees for the car because we are under 25, they said yes, arrived in the contry we were visiting, they charged us an extra 500$, never doing it again from you guys. They didn't even refund us! Or any kind of thing... What a shame
