I have been dealing with Erwan Even for many years, always very satisfactorily. However, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. This year my car had a flat tire and the assistance from Car-2-Europe and their various associates has been abominable. After 10 weeks and dozens & DOZENS of messages, they have still NOT PAID the garage that did the repair. This organization is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Pire expérience à vie. Ils ont chargé 147$ US pour une simple crevaison. Prix local pour une réparation est de 20$. On appel cela du vol. À éviter à tout prix.
As a returning customer, I was once again delighted with the whole EurocarTT leasing experience. The pre-trip organisation was surprisingly easy thanks to Mr. Even and Airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless, punctual, easy, thanks to the local (Geneva) friendly, flexible and efficient French staff. Eurocar TT has been a very good way for us to have a long term rental here in France. Our Citroen C4 was the perfect car. We never had any problems, it got good mileage, easy to drive, GPS was very nice to have and always got us to were we had to go. I'd highly recommend this service to everyone.
