Took 14 months to do kitchen. Violated contract, took last payment without completing work. Money set for stone allowance was never given to fabricator. Was told to pay myself and will be credited. Once that was done, never finished the job, as no longer owed him money. Also charged $3000 for “pulling permits”, but never obtained permits. Got dump truck for only one day of trash—left rest of the trash in our garage, saying he’ll pick up it later in regular truck to save dumpster rental. Amazing quality cabinetry!
Used this company ~5 years ago for a remodel. Called them 3 times to get a service call to address an issue i am having with a cabinet. Not under warranty as I will pay but who doesn't want to keep customers happy. Person continues to tell me someone else needs to call me back to schedule a service call. Haven't received a call back and has been over 10 days. Will have to look else where. No clue where these good reviews are coming from given my experience with Eurotech during remodel or now (which i sorted of expected this ... read more
