STAY AWAY!!!! When I called with an issue (issue being the CRA reassessed saying my taxes were done wrong and I owe $1000!!!) they couldn’t care less. Said “you need to take it up with them.” Save yourself the stress and frustration and go somewhere else…ANYWHERE else is better than this place!!
although tax season is busy, i was rushed and all my questioned were completely brushed over leading into my return taking way longer than it shouldve due to a filing error, made me had to go through the rabbit hole of trying to get access to the CRA which im sure all of you know; its a pain in the back
I got my taxes done here for last year my taxes were done so poorly, I have been going to them for 5 years never had a problem, but had to call the cra and there was a huge problem with my taxes I won’t be going back here unfortunately, he rushed through my taxes I was only there for 5 minutes.
