Lovely Property Manager. She actually calls back when a rental became available a couple of weeks later. Most agents forget you. She is very friendly.
Lived there for about 8 years. Most of the time the body corp and management were secretive and unhelpful. Very ordinary management team. Be careful what you sign. Expect change without notice. Services have been in steady decline. A lot of building issues...movement/mould to name but a few. Most of the initial investors/owners have moved on.
