I had my first cryo therapy and I highly recommend trying it! The facility is first class and the owner Jarred is great at making the experience very personable. My body felt so light and free of pain when I finished. I can't wait until my next session!
Just used the Cryotherapy Chamber today!! WOW! The experience was amazing from start to finish and also very personalized. The chamber even allows you to play your own choice of music via bluetooth from your phone during the session! It was my first time trying this type of recovery/rejuvenation, and even though I wasn't extremely knowledgeable about the step by step It was explained to me in a simple but detailed way that made the process very enjoyable.
