I would give 0 stars if I could. We purchased a brand new Eunorau Urus that was completely missing a spacer in the rear hub and that had screws loose in the motor. This resulted in the bike stopping completely mid ride and my dad was almost injured multiple times as he was nearly thrown off when it came to a complete stop. We all know how fast these bikes can travel. The customer service we have received in trying to reach a resolution has been abysmal.
