I came to lunch with my friend and her son. We were helped by Carolina. She was not welcoming towards me or maintained any eye contact. However, she was very friendly and welcoming with other tables. I’m in a bi-racial relationship. For some reason, this bothers a lot of people. The staff was staring at us and look a way when I made eye contact with them. I did not feel welcomed by the staff. Wonderful take out/ pick up experience! Easy to order online and notified when ready. The food was packed nicely plus they had great customer service inside. Looked clean, I’ll go eat-in soon. Glad Chilis is making a come back!
Definitely recommend Keilani as a server! She was very attentive and efficient for not only us but other tables as well. Will definitely be coming back!
