Our waiter was great!! I've avoided chili's for a decade or more but they are making a comeback.
Server took drink and app order. Disappeared! App came out but no drinks. I had to prebiss his table and make him take the app plates. One server sat playing on phone while also playing with her fake lashes and continually scratching her head. Gross! The Bedford tx location has way better servers and food. We will not stop at this location again.
The young woman who took the order wasn't very clear. When the food arrived, two dishes were missing. We had to wait for the remaining dishes to be prepared. I understand there's a shortage of staff; the glass in the entrance doors had many handprints. They must be vigilant, as this is the first impression customers get when they enter the restaurant. The manager was very friendly and speaks Spanish.
