Very Professional.
Horrible experience with this firm. Eugene is extremely unprofessional and discourtious. He has failed to execute his duties as a notary. He verbally abused me multiple times when I asked him to rectify his mistakes. As a legal representative and a registered notary, he has a duty to confirm the true identity of a signatory by careful examination of an identity document such as a driver's licence and a passport. Very disappointing customer service and unprofessional. I needed some documents to be notarised and made an appointment at 7.15pm. Eugene was busy with another client and made me wait for another 15 minutes. He didn't apologise and asked me to go into his garage. I specifically asked him to check the documents to quote his charges as he was the notary 'professional' and he barely looked at the documents and said $88.
