Worked for us! Eugene Alkana is very nice. His office has been very helpful with our loan modification. Although it has been a long process, we have gotten the first mortgage modified and the second is in the works.
Alkana Can Help You Loose your Home I agree. The office of Eugene Alkana was very eager to get my money -- over 3k. promise to even due a forensic on my mortgage loan papers. Now I find myself 26K behind and a letter from Alkna saying I can deal directly with Saxon Mortgage. This company is out to make quick money from desperate folks trying to save their home. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! You MUST do your research before hiring this company for a loan modification. You will find numerous complaints from former customers all over the internet. Alkana was barred from doing business in a state other than California. He should be disbarred, period. Having hired him resulted in me receiving a default judgement, and a sale date for my home.
