Tried to get an estimate for a muffler repair to turn in for insurance purposes so they could pay for the repairs and he said "I don't want to get involved" he proceeded to hang up. I afterwards got 3 estimates after that with no issues from reputable shops

Quick and exceptional service from start to finish! From the moment I called to set up an appointment for state inspection, which I expected to wait at least a week, but he got me in 2 days later; dropping off was quick and easy. And then he called me for pickup exactly 1 hour after I dropped off, which I didn't expect for most of the day.
