Long time resident. Always courteous and helpful. I much prefer coming into the city office for my taxes
Always submit your RITA taxes here two or three times as they will lose your records. Two tax years have been marked late/delinquent after I submitted them in person due to disorganization and other factors. Calling yielded that they had ZERO record of my taxes, despite showing an owed balance of zero in their records. It is extremely frustrating to pay fees on something that is not your fault. Call often, submit often, follow up every single time, and never let them gaslight you. They WILL lose your tax records. It's sadly ... read more
I'm soooo glad they went to RITA. Staff is rude and always extremely tongue-tied when you ask about your account. They never want to pick up that phone however.. when they do, they act like they cant hear you and ask can you call back.... Good riddance to the customer service there.
People here in this department don't have good customer service skills at all and i got threatened that they are going to get rita on me if i don't tell them where i live and all im trying to do is pay off my tax and make sure im done.
I just spoke to a lady on the phone from the Euclid Income Tax Dept. and she was extremely helpful and nice. They cleared my issue, and went above and beyond to help me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but whomever you are, thank you thank you!!!!!! You made my day so much better.
