Claire provides onsite massages for our staff each month. She provides a calm and caring space, focusing on one area of concern on each occasion. Clare takes care of our staff, so our staff can take care of our clients. We look forward to our monthly massage with Claire, promoting wellness and self-care in an otherwise very busy and stressful work week.
Claire Heland is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been treated by. I first had a massage from Claire as a gift from a friend not long after the birth of my son. I’ve been seeing Claire for massage for 10 years and honestly she gives the best massages I’ve ever had. She’s so caring and goes out of her way to accommodate my needs.
