Claire is hands down the best remedial massage therapist I’ve ever seen. She delivers results far beyond what I’ve experienced with myotherapists or arm specialists. After injuring the rotator cuff in both shoulders, she restored my movement in just two sessions; after a previous “specialist” couldn’t achieve any improvement even after three visits. Whether you’re after a truly effective relaxation massage or need help resolving a specific injury, I honestly believe there’s no one better out there than Claire.

Claire provides onsite massages for our staff each month. She provides a calm and caring space, focusing on one area of concern on each occasion. Clare takes care of our staff, so our staff can take care of our clients. We look forward to our monthly massage with Claire, promoting wellness and self-care in an otherwise very busy and stressful work week.
Claire Heland is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been treated by. I first had a massage from Claire as a gift from a friend not long after the birth of my son. I had had a lot of massage in my life, to the extent that at one point I was getting a full massage about once or twice a month for a year, often from different providers.
