Great friendly place. Very spacious and clean. If you need some company there is always someone to talk to I recommend this place
We have belonged to the centre for about 3 years, as members of the choir, and have always enjoyed the fellowship. Returning since the covid lockdown i was happy to be able to see fellow choir members, and our fearless leader Lonnie. I add that i am impressed with the way the staff are handling the restrictions, and have nothing but respect and admiration for them.
Convenient location and has good size hall with stage and a projector / light room for the performances. It is well kept and has toilets on premises. Limited car parking.
Lots of activities for seniors ..... very friendly and helpful.... a nice lunch most days -. very reasonably priced freshly cooked lunch for members who wish to order on the day
A friendly drop-in centre for over-50s, with a range of activities at prices that start at $1 a session (run by volunteers) to gentle fitness, chair yoga, dancing and tai chi run by outside professionals which can be up to $10 a session. There is also a 6-week computer course for seniors for just $30, teaching basics such as using email, the internet and social media.
