I used their services for years in New York, N.Y. Until one day the IRS came to my house and I was requested to go to Federal Building on Broadway New York. What this company does is get you a high return by putting in false information on your tax forms. I was interviewed and recorded. They showed me pictures of the owner and I gave my testimony under oath. I have the name of the agent who interviewed me. I called to get help with my taxes and the person that answer spoke to me very unprofessional and treated me rudely so I decided to not use their services. This company is a fake!
This company shut down in New York because IRS is looking for them for falsifying deductions. IRS agent came to my home & I had to take all the returns Exact Tax Service had prepared. Now I owe monies for several years because of him putting exuberant amounts for deductions which I never asked him to. Do not use them. Don't you notice they put "for unforeseen circumstances" they relocated to Port St. Lucie from New York. IRS is looking for him. DO NOT USE THEM.
