The answer to the question was correct. It ended up being a bad ground so no need to purchase a motor at this time.
Had a question about door width needed so they reached out to the manufacturer to make sure they gave me the correct answer. Amazing customer service!!
James was helpful and informative. Speciically i was updated on the unit that would potentially work but he also provided me the constraints on specifc trims levels that the hitch i neeeded would not work on. That was very importannt. and best yet James proived me a unique backup should that hitch not work. Its greaet to see sgtaff ath know and understand the industry they are representing. big thnx
