DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! The customer service is horrible the resolution process is terrible! This is a scam company and they’ll restrict your account and steal your money! I have filed a complaint with the SEC, FINRA, and the BBB!
Most horrible customer service. It has been over a month that I requested transfer of fun to a different institution. Evey agent and suervisor I spoke to they all were cloeless on when the funds will be transfered. They are holding my money over 30 days that was cashed out of all stocks and needed to be transfered. Nobody could give me exact time. All they did was fed me with empty promisses and call backs, but nobody EVER called me back. Do not use their services. They have a $3500.00 cash promotion running but after reading these reviews, not worth it. The office in Ft. Lauderdale closed.
