It's not slander if it's sad but TRUE!! Repeatedly refused to transfer my assets to other brokerages, misplaced entire positions of multiple assets, lost the cost basis half of my portfolio..., randomly transferred my portfolio to their own brokerage and charged me for it.
Was on hold for one our first customer support. Gave up and just moved on.
Amazing customer service and great platform!
Customer service (including online) has deteriorated considerably. You cant get anyone to reply to simple online requests. In the past there was a dedicated team at my disposal. Since it was bought by MS, you can hardly get a reply. 1 hour for online chat? 3 to 5 business days to get a response to an email? Will consider moving my entire portfolio to Schwab or some other firm
