Worst Financial Company I've ever dealt with. I used my accounts conservatively to invest. In July, I tried to send a wire to a USD account in my own name at Dart Bank to fund my Kraken Account. After this I was harassed. My accounts were restricted and I was made to verify my last two deposits. The deposits were verified as authorized, legitimate, and not subject to recall. Worst. Minus million stars. I've almost forgotten such an exemplary, and yet non-effective, bureaucracy could exist. Takes forever to confirm status, etc. They ask for one document then for another one, and again, and it's never ending. Documents fail to upload cause their website is buggy and phone agents admit that offering to upload using DocuSign (what?). Total incompetence. First of all, I have an account with them through my employer so I have plenty of stock with them so I opened up a checking account.
