Chris Baudium is a gold level manager. He is the worst manager I have ever experienced in my life and I'm willing to face any litigation or lawsuit about it. Etrade managers who can just past a test. Not managers who have ever been managers before. For example, imagine hiring someone with no personal skill, no social skills, who has never interacted with actual human beings and instead is just good at passing test to become your supervisor. Etrade no longer at this location. Not sure if they moved or closed this office for good. I had to find out this by driving there. I wish they would have made it clear in their Google account that they are not there anymore. This shows the lack of a customer oriented management.
My account has been on hold for more than a week. I cannot get through during the day. Finally I called at 4:00 AM. I was told the problem was with my external account to PNC bank and yet this account was verified manually using their 2 deposit method. I have already transferred money in using this account. I cannot get an answer. I am leaving if I can ever find a way to close my account and get my money.
