No customer service or answering the phone
If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been trying to transfer money out of my account for over a month now. I have sent countless messages, emails and spent well over an hour on hold trying to get in touch with customer service. In fact, as I write this I have been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. I have done this multiple times over the past month. There is no update on time or number of people in front of you.
