After being on hold with etrade for an hour I called an Edward Jones office from my office phone. While still on hold with etrade I did a complete financial consultation with King Mirtalipov of Edward Jones. By the time etrade answered the phone, King had already started the process of transferring my accounts to Edward Jones. I just stayed on hold with etrade after that to tell them I was no longer a customer.
Online phone rep service is awful....
