See image, specifically "Failed to save feedback, please try again", it would be laughable if it weren't thousands of dollars Ive saved for years and years. My retirement account rollovers were handled incorrectly. I spent a lot of time and had to get professional help to sort it out. Oh, the fees aren't "hidden"... they are just nestled discretely out of view in collapsed menus where you can't see the text unless you really dig. Go anywhere else for a better experience.
