Today my account was locked for no reason. I called in, had to upload my driver license for verification, and was told I had to call back in 1 week, so they have time to verify my upload. Meanwhile, I can not access my account, needing to make sell trades, and losing money. Wow Etrade, pull it together.

Don’t use Etrade unless you don’t care about your money
A mistake on their end resulted in a privacy violation. This company appears to be very inefficient and disorganized. I would strongly recommend choosing another service.
