Stole my Direct deposit refuses to give it back and now refuses to close my account
The worst company ever.
Today my account was locked for no reason. I called in, had to upload my driver license for verification, and was told I had to call back in 1 week, so they have time to verify my upload. Meanwhile, I can not access my account, needing to make sell trades, and losing money. Wow Etrade, pull it together.
