Filthy doesn't begin to describe this place with it's mouse infestation plus the fact that it's super ghetto. The seedy/ creepy, back biting, drug dealing, prostitute, gangbanger, low life element that seems to go on there on a daily basis is disturbing. The parking lot is hostile since the whole thing is bombarded with several long term families who park as they please never mind the fact that other cars need to get through they even park where the police have asked everyone not to park.
