I had a great experience in the HVAC program at ETI. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to see students succeed. The hands-on training gave me valuable real-world experience and helped build my confidence in the trade. I'd also like to thank the staff and administration for always being helpful and supportive throughout the program. I highly recommend ETI to anyone looking to start a career in HVAC!

I would like to formally express concern regarding interactions with the school president, Marianne. In my experience as a level four hvac student, her communication and attitude toward students have often come across as unprofessional, dismissive, and discouraging. It often feels as though she believes that because of her position and authority within the school, she can speak to students in any manner she chooses without consideration for professionalism or respect. I recently graduated from ETI HVAC and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made for my career. The instructors genuinely care and want to see you succeed. Level 1 with Mark was awesome — great guy and very helpful, very easy going and explains very well. Level 2 with Marcus was amazing too. He would literally pick up the phone anytime I called if I needed help on the field or had questions. Level 3 with Mr. B was great as well.
