We have been using ETI for years to finance our company's GL policy and they are so nice! Payment extensions when needed. Great organization.
The most disorganized, unethical and unprofessional finance company I have ever done business with. The 1-star rating is a gift.
They enforced paperless billing but have no notification service for due dates. You can easily miss your payment and would have to pay late fee. Face Cancellation of policy or mess up your credit.
Extremely poor experience dealing with their monthly automatic payments. I have no been told I am no longer allowed to make monthly payments and have to do it via wiring the money... Though, if you love wiring money each month, this is the company for you!
