Underwhelming experience. Poor communication from scheduling to begin with, I was not given clear time expectations for the appointment until the middle of the procedure, which caused me a lot of anxiety. It was bad enough that the woman working the front desk was on her phone and out of the suite when I arrived. She didn’t introduce herself and instead rushed me into a room to take pictures and and sell me on procedures I didn’t want. First time visit on 8/1/2025. Extremely impressed with everything from scheduling my appointment to a super efficient and fast check in with the front desk rep and then my consult with Thea, who is truly gifted, kind and patient. She took the time to listen to any/all concerns then made suggestions that were right in line with what I was looking for. She didn't push me to do anything and she was incredibly insightful, helpful and professional. Great experience. Unmatched. My new and only go to from now on.
I had a wonderful experience at Ethos. The staff is super friendly and help, the suite is relaxing and very clean. I’m so glad k made the decision to go here fit my Botox. I don’t know what took me so long to try Ethos.
I had such a great experience at Ethos in Somerville! Thea was my provider and she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment. 🥰 The front desk staff, Sara and Kristen, were also so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They answered all my questions and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Ethos to friends!
