I shop at Ethos for three main reasons: 1. The staff is excellent. 2. The selection is excellent. 3. Convenience. I feel that numbers one and three are threatened by the changing POS system. I understand the need to maximize profits in your industry, however, I think taking away Dutchie pay and CanPay is a mistake. Aeropay is harder to set up and then periodically unlinks itself from your account (making you repeat an arduous process again). The debit system is also down fairly often.
