New website and app platform at garbage. App is basically just a web client, you can't do anything it doesn't actually show the menu items and you can't order from it it just takes you to a web page. They changed platforms and the ordering process online is useless and terrible. Text message verification won't actually send texts so you can't order online. Not like it used to be where you'd put in your info and just order now it forces you to log in but their log in doesn't even work so basically you can't even order online.... read more
The customer service at Ethos was 5 stars from the moment I walked in. Refreshingly, the cashier and manager were both eager and proactive in resolving some confusion during my checkout process. Everything was taken care of swiftly and I felt like a VIP while I was there. I'll be back and it's nice knowing my brother has been coming here for years now.
