Ethos don't answer phone calls, they don't return phone calls, they schedule appointments, don't show and don't contact you after. The worst agency don't waste your time they are very unprofessional! They are neglecting human Care by not putting their PCA services first. They should be removed from the PCA list. My aunt passed away waiting for her services to be renewed. Lack of communication! Voice mail unanswered. Recent experience is i called to cancel and reschedule a meeting with the nurse. She was due at 10(?) and I received a call from my dr about an appointment opening at 11. I called Ethos just after 9am to cancel but went to ZVM. I know from experience case workers dont check VM when received. So went back to reception and asked her to contact nurse. Was told they had no way to do that. But said she would contact nurse's supervisor. OK. Found out later the supervisor wasn't in that... read more
