Jennifer and Alec are very warm and welcoming. Alec makes you feel at ease and comfortable as soon as you walk in their office. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable regarding treatments and skin care products. I can’t say enough great things about Jennifer and the staff here. I appreciate Jennifer spent time with me helping me do some face mapping and what I was wanting to achieve that day. I took advantage of one of the monthly specials and they did not disappoint. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. Clean rooms and great comfort during my treatment. I saw Summer for a hydrafacial and let me tell you she was amazing! She is easy to talk with and explains the process well. There were no pressured sales of any kind and I can’t wait to come back for more services. If you’re thinking about going, do it! You will not be disappointed!!
Ethereal is a gem of a medical spa, they’re the perfect combination of professionals but treat you like family. I’m always greeted so warmly by Alec and Summer and their texts are so personal which always makes me love a business so much more. The ladies here have treated me for multiple treatments and I always leave glowing and happy! I just recently signed up for the membership and I can’t wait to take advantage of the perks :) their monthly specials can’t be beat either!!!
Lovely med spa with super friendly people working there. I got a hydra facial with Summer, which was very relaxing and a little bit of Botox with Jennifer, the owner. Both ladies were very informative and I felt in good hands. Would certainly recommend them for your beauty needs! I also want to mention Alec (I think?) at the front desk, his overall demeanor was soothing to me and it just put me at ease before even meeting with Summer and Jennifer. It was my first time there, but I’ll certainly be back!
