Ethan Allen delivered my beautiful new leather recliner yesterday and it was a dream to sit in last night. Very comfortable And easily adjustable. It’s a beautiful chair. thank you so much.
The timing of the delivery was a little difficult. If my Flooring for the MBR wasn't completed by Dec 10th, the next windows would have been Dec 23rd, even though our original request was for Dec 11th or twelfth. Otherwise it was fine. Good careful delivery and assembly job.
Charlene was perfect. (Second time working with her.) Asked good questions about my wants, provided answers to my questions. Delivery (Lucas) was at agreed upon time. All went smoothly. Time to recline.
